different as mobilizer has the option to block images and also helps

sound is not working in my xp after formatting

It was because of sound driver just go to control panel->sound and audio devices->see if all sounds are in full max then
check properties of sound driver and see if that is working properly and finally update the driver and restart the system if problem persisits.
Roll back the driver and reinstall the driver.Using device manager as well as control panel sound and audio devices you can update the drivers
