It is the virus that stop booting of our Operating system
whatever may be like xp,vista,98 etc..so need to prevent or
need to solve the problem see below step.

Download rescue cd
Create a bootable CD and boot from that cd then boot sector
virus will be deleted otherwise ask us by commenting
