How to restore help if when typing in cmd prompt it gives error messages show like this ERROR help is not recognized as an internal or exte command

ERROR help is not recognized as an internal or external command, in Cmd prompt in XP.
solution:
TO Restore help to make operable program or batch file.Follow the below steps.
Steps to resolve problem
1. Goto c:>windows>system32>
You find a file help.exe right click it and open with any editor like notepad

2. Save as the file as help.bat

3. Copy both help.exe and help.bat

4. Paste it in all partitions like c:,d:,E; etc

5. Start>run>cmd>c:>help

there u are u recovered help

Step 2:
* Put xp cd in drive
* When xp screen appears click install it.
* Select upgrade recommended
* click ok
* type the xp key now wait for nearly one hour xp is completing its installation and u got ur xp back without error

bye bye !

Dirtectx Dxdiag show file missing Error

Solution:Go to www.dll-files.com and type the dll file that is missing in the directx and place it under windows/system32/
now restart the computer
